INGREDIENTS:

1 egg

1/2 an avocado

1 slice of 5-minute protein mug bread (recipe below)

Salt and pepper to taste

FOR THE 5-MINUTE PROTEIN MUG BREAD:

1/4 cup of almond flour

1 egg

1/2 tsp of baking powder

1/4 tsp of garlic powder

1/4 tsp of onion powder

Salt and pepper to taste

INSTRUCTIONS:

To make the 5-minute protein mug bread, mix all the ingredients in a microwave-safe mug until well combined.

Microwave on high for 1–2 minutes, or until the bread is cooked through.

Remove the bread from the mug and slice it in half.
